We are proud to publish a selection of photographs by 110 young photographers—ages 9–20 years old—from across the United States. From poignant portraits to thoughtful abstractions, this book shows us aspects of our daily lives from 2019 through 2021, through the eyes of our future.

To honor and encourage young photographers in their continuing work with the medium, the book also includes quotes and images by five master photographers—Annie Leibovitz, Duane Michals, Graham Nash, Sylvia Plachy, and Eli Reed.

The six organizations selected for this collaboration between Minor Matters and Lucie Foundation are some of the longest-running youth photography programs in the United States.
